A long-ignored vehicle in someone’s backyard, garage, or driveway usually has a story associated with it. Particularly if it is special, desirable or unique in some way. Part of that story frequently involves the current owner’s unrealistic intention to rebuild it someday. Occasionally in a moment of weakness or revelation the owner agrees to transfer the project to an interested party.
