“That’s right! 3Taxi Guys finish 3rd place in the world at the 2018 Memphis in May World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest in a……………..wait for it…………….a 1978 Checker Marathon!

The CabACue was a Atlanta Checker Cab for 15 years then retired to the junk yard for another 16 years before it was resurrected by 3 Taxi Guys Pitmaster Rickybobby Hewatt President of Atlanta Checker Cab and Professional Pitmaster. It finished 2nd in 2016 , 6th in 2017 and now 3rd in 2018. The CabACue is a world class BBQ smoker!

A little about the 3 Taxi Guys, from their website.

“We are all brothers, actually triplets, separated at birth during a tornado, as you can see we all landed in different spots. But were all drawn to the taxi business by some unexplainable force. Some 15 years ago we all traveled separately to a Taxi convention in Las Vegas.

By chance we all ended up in jail together all in the same cell. After exchanging childhood stories, of cooking and enjoying BB-Q we came to know we were brothers, it was a joyous occasion. Took our first trip together to Napa and decided to take each of our culinary skills and make some money.

Well we never planned to make money but it seemed like a good idea so we embarked on the idea. Taking the best recipes from Pittsburgh, Atlanta and San Francisco each with it’s own twist we came up with “Cabilicious”.

So give a few long lost brothers a break and buy some stuff. We need the money to find our long lost sisters; they are triplets too imagine that! Stay tuned for the rest of the story on future bottles.”

What do they sell? Again from their website:

“You want good Barbeque sauces and rubs, well then you’re in the right spot. 3 Taxi guys’ sauces and rubs are the favorite for BBQ and grilling. Regardless if you’re a backyard enthusiast (which is where we made all this stuff) or a restaurant chef all your BBQ will taste better with 3 taxi guys, it’s Cabilicious that’s right Cabilicious.

Created by three guys who own taxi companies from Pittsburgh, Atlanta and San Francisco that’s how we came up with Cabilicious! Try the sauces and rubs on chicken, fish, lamb, beef and of course on pork.

Currently offered are three of our favorites, Sweet and Sassy, the perfect sweet sauce for everyday use, Budda Bing Wing Sauce, great for spicing chicken, and Tijuana Taxi Sauce, that’s right BB-Q with a Hispanic twist.

So join the thousand’s who have enjoyed our sauce in backyards across America and abroad and order some 3 Taxi Guys today (we need the money). Rick, Jamie and John”
