1979 Checker. Rock solid body. I haven’t found rust anywhere, which is kinda rare for any Checker. Powered by a Chevy 350 with a th400 transmission. Engine and transmission seem to be in excellent condition, but I have not done a compression test, nor have I dropped the transmission pan. New dual exhaust from manifolds to rear bumper. Interior is totally trashed. Brakes are great, steering is good. Windshield needs to be replaced. All window seals and gaskets are shot. Factory fuel tank is gone. Car runs off a 15 gallon fuel cell mounted in the trunk. Four new tires mounted on 15″ true spoke rims. Pre title in Alabama. Currently tagged and insured. $3000. Cash talks. I might be interested in a trade, but nothing newer than 1985, no boats, no bikes, no Chevy pickups. For the right trade, I will pay extra. Mostly interested in wagons, hearses, vans, or big 4 door sedans.
