1977 Checker Marathon A12E $1000.00This is the long wheelbase car with jump seats and plush armchairs in the back and an underdash A/C unit. This car does actually run. It has recently rebuilt carburetor, new fuel pump and many other new parts. All recent work was done by the former chief mechanic at medium size taxi company that ran an all Checker fleet. It still needs brake work to be driveable. According to my Checker mechanic the car can still be saved as he believes the frame to be good and says it runs strong.
The body is very rusty and the inteior needs to be redone.
The car is located in Sarasota Florida.
