Listing this hard to find Checker Aerobus eight door limousine due to buyer backing out of sale. Great yard art. Interior is complete and pretty nice including the taxi meter. Headliner is falling. 327 Chevrolet V8, three speed on the column, power steering, power brakes. Runs good, quiet and smooth. Lot drives but no brakes. Runs off the fuel tank. New HEI distributor and fuel pump to get it running. The frame is huge and in good shape. All glass is good except for the driver door glass. I have a New York registration and bill of sale. The body is VERY rusty. Please see the pics. It’s RUSTED. Has holes everywhere. Could it be fixed? Yes. Should it be fixed? No. Great yard art, conversation piece or fix the brakes and drive it until the body falls off. I’ll trade for other cool old stuff. Can help with shipping at buyers expense. It does come with the cool roof rack and vintage Taxi meter.
